For instance, most people tote how split training HAS to be the best for mass because you need EXACTLY 7 days rest between muscles... Arnold, Coleman, ect did it, so it works right? The answer is NO. If you're really advanced yes sure, if you're a beginner/intermediate, no. (not to mention neither bodybuilder EVER did a 5 day split! They did a 2-3 day split, 6 days a week) | |
