Hey guys can somebody plz post me some kinda workout or give advice?

I have a set of 10, 15, and 20 pounders.
Plz give me some arm workouts!

Honestly, you'd need an attitude change. Saying that everyone's wrong in regards to working "sections" of your muscles because of a single book and a color diagram doesn't show you have an open mind to realize that most preconcieved notions projected from the 1970's bodybuilding world are WRONG.

For instance, most people tote how split training HAS to be the best for mass because you need EXACTLY 7 days rest between muscles... Arnold, Coleman, ect did it, so it works right?

The answer is NO. If you're really advanced yes sure, if you're a beginner/intermediate, no. (not to mention neither bodybuilder EVER did a 5 day split! They did a 2-3 day split, 6 days a week)
