| hey guys, I wanted to see if any of you use wieghted training vests. I've been thinking about incorperating them into my Strength endurance training, especially since my wrist is all f'd up and I cant lift right now, and my legs (endurance wise) are sub par at best. If any of you have stories, suggestions, about how you go about training with one, or where to get a good one that can hold a decent amount of wieghts I'd love to hear about it. I've checked sports authority, paragon sports, and apt's sites but they either dont have them, or they only hold 20lbs. thanks everyone! |

Gender: | I've been wanting to get one for a while. They are great. Friend of mine has one and he loves it. I think the best one are going to be online. http://www.ironwearfitness.com/ http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...rase=vest&m=SR my friend has the 40lbs one that shows the blocks of weights. I was thinking of getting the X-vest. It is said to be more form fitting. I've also seen the X-vest for $50 dollars cheaper so I wouldn't buy from these sites |
