| hi im trying to get mass but nothing ever seems to work. im 18 years old. 5ft 11 and im between 153 and 162. i know im saposed to lift alot of weight but i dont how much and i dont know how many reps and sets. Also i know im saposed to eat/drink alot of protein. my diet is almost completly protein, and i dontknow how much more protein i need. can somebody please help me out? thanks |

| There is an amazing amount of information on this site, I suggest you read up then whatever you dont understand ask questions about. I'm sure that will paint a clear picture of what you need to do to get big. |
