Default trouble getting mass

hi im trying to get mass but nothing ever seems to work. im 18 years old. 5ft 11 and im between 153 and 162. i know im saposed to lift alot of weight but i dont how much and i dont know how many reps and sets. Also i know im saposed to eat/drink alot of protein. my diet is almost completly protein, and i dontknow how much more protein i need. can somebody please help me out? thanks

There is your problem. Where are the carbs? read the articles on building mass and diet. you need carbs, pro and fat to get mass. not just protein.

There is an amazing amount of information on this site, I suggest you read up then whatever you dont understand ask questions about. I'm sure that will paint a clear picture of what you need to do to get big.

Not nessarily, if you constantly lift you will probably eventually overtrain. why dont you give us an idea of your diet, and like chinpiece suggested raise your carbohydrate intake as well.

How long have you've been lifting/trying to bulk, and how come theres a 9lb difference in your weight?
