Default twice a week or too much

My body type is Endomorph, I am 7months into it I notice the change. But I am not satisfied. I work my chest on Saturday, heavy sets also super sets, and EOW I will do drop sets. After working out that entire day or the next few days my chest looks like a chest and I just hit the gym. By the middle of the week I don't have the same look or feel. I am taking my protein and cell mass. I work my entire body my lats are really looking good and I am getting that V look in my structure. Should I work my chest twice a week or this is normal?

I'm not sure what you mean by "looks like a chest", but don't judge things by the pump, or the feel, or how you look in the mirror, or anything.

Working chest twice a week is fine, as long as the rest time is enough to recover from the workload. Twice a week is almost always preferable to once a week.

I would say keep doing what your doing if your seeing positive improvement until it stops working. Working harder doesnt always equate to more mass when it comes to building muslce.

But if your goal is strength/mass, and your only 7 months in, you shouldnt be doing super set, or drop sets at all. Lift heavy as shit, and you'll grow.
