Default two a days? help a brotha out

I also posted this at bulk, but to get the most advise possible, i wanted to hit you guys up too.

ok, i started my cutter a little early cause i couldnt wait. I also went and checked out the gym at work today and was quite impressed. Its no golds, but it will do. My question is for you guys who run two a days, how do you set it up? Here is what I have to work with ...

gym at work, hit that up around lunch time (anyday weekday)

dojo, will be hittin that up monday and wed after work

regular gym, perfer to get my heavey lifts here, tuesday/thursday and a full body depleation on saterdays.

how would you guys set this up? I was thinking about splitting my lifting up, between the two gyms on tus/thur but I dont want to take in two post workout shakes ... trying to stay in ketosis as long as possible.

help me out fellas/ladies

Two a days are tough. Most of the competitors that do that only do it before a show. But if you're going to try that, I would think that a two-a-day split would be a small bodypart one workout, and then a bigger bodypart for the next workout.

The closest I get to a two a day is cardio in the morning and then weights later in the day.

Thats what I did today reporter. I did 35 minutes solid state cardio in the early afternoon before lunch, then lifted after work. I think it went well.

I also wanted to ask you, being a court reporter, you must run into going to trial and getting stuck w/o working out or running sometimes, how do you deal with it?

I know thats gonna happen here in the near future, and i dont want it to kill my cutter.

If I was to do two a days here's how I would run it:

If dojo every Mon, Wed. like you said.

Monday- am: Cardio, pm: Dojo
Tuesday- am: Chest, pm: Biceps
Wednesday- am: Rest, pm: Dojo
Thursday- am: Shoulders, pm: Triceps
Friday- am:Back, pm: Legs
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday- Rest

Personally I wouldn't do two a days unless I was on some type of gear.

that looks like a good setup 0311, I may switch to that after the cutter, but because of the CkD, I am using saterday as my complete body depleation/carb up day. so I'm looking like this now

Monday: am cardio, pm dojo
tuesday: am cardio, pm chest/tri/back/bi's
wed. am cardio, pm dojo
thursday: am cardio, pm shoulders/legs/abs/calvs
friday: off completely
saterday: full body depleation
sunday: off completely.

My workouts are 5x5, and some 4x8 depending on the excersise, and I'm trying to do only compound movements for the most part.

monday was

flat bench 5x5
low incline close grip 5x5
dips, 4 sets till failure (adding wieghts next time if i can)

bent over row 5x5
wide grip pull down 4x8
standing alternating curl 4x8

it was my first day back, so i was sore as hell, but i'll prob. throw in another tri and another bi excersise in the future.

Hrdgain, I live and die by our court calendar. I can usually plan the week or weeks ahead of time. I'll workout before work, sometimes at noon, and God forbid, after work.

The cool thing is my judge is a workout nut. He did the BFL program a few years back, gave up drinking, and now he's as addicted to working out as I am. With my Max-OT routine, I hit the weights every other day regardless. So it's consistently one day on, one day off. Bodyparts are split into three workouts: Chest/triceps, Back/delts, and Legs and Biceps. Cardio is done on days off or after weights. Lately, I've been averaging 4-5 days of cardio a week.

I try not to bunch up the cardio and drop the calories too low before my chest and triceps workout, otherwise, my weights are pathetically weak. Not that weak, 100's for DB presses, 205 for inclines, 50 pds. strapped on for dips, but weaker than my partner's weights. But he's got a good 25 pds on me.
