| 1.) Is it better to do all your sets at once on the same activity or is it better to switch on and off between sets with different exercises? 2.) Is it better to do a muscle group once a week like some people do or is it better to do groups every other day. Say it's a workout schedule or 3-4 weeks. So in other words is it better to do like: Mon: Just chest Wed: Just arms Fri: Just back and shoulders Then repeat next week or Mon: Chest, Biceps, etc. Tues: Triceps, back, neck Wed: Same as Mon Thurs: Same as Tues Thanks! |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | thats why i said i want to know if he is paying heed to our advice or not. its a waste of energy to help him if he isnt gonna do shit. he comes by every now and then with some pathetic question (like this which has been answered in the stickies) and refuses to listen to what other experienced senior lifters (like u guys) tell him. |

This is a quote specifically from one of the threads asking for which program you want to use. I'm positively 100% sure if you search on the forums for " HST " and look for a specific program layout, you would find it. Seek information from what has already been posted, then ask for more direction from a veteran lifter. | |
