If the rest of your workout is good enough, you shouldn't have to do direct arm work.

man... here somes the age old debate ALL OVER AGAIN....!!!

is direct armwork required in EACH and EVERY fucking program...?

well, i say yes and no...

Chad Waterbury's ABBH program doesn't require direct arm workout but his TBT (Total Body Training) does....

as for me: i train my arms only 1ce a week : everything else twice..

oh, and about Vince's post: sorry - i agree that was shit... yuck.. i'm disgusted for writing such shit... But, hey: its vince's... it didn't come outta my ass so don fry me for it... i was merely posting his bicep routine..

oh, and kane, Vince was smart... so he must have incorporated squats for a reason...

and Peter Steele: like what Eric3237 said: its only "constructive" criticism..

wow, 0311: 5 9' and 19" arms... hmm... ur my new role model... talk about being materialistic... !!! (lol)
