The reason your chest is developing this way is because of your genetics. So unless you are going to get man implants, your stuck with what you got. It's not such a bad thing.

i understand how off late it may seem that i have become high handed or rude or relaly cynical. but ive been observing some of the posts off late on here and a LOT of the people who rarely post have been contributing the largest amount of BS i've ever heard. gymrat is one such guy but there are many others. what i dont understand is this...some of these guys have the nerve to post a thread asking a basic question like "whats wrong with my workout routine?" and then they go into other threads like "how do i build a bigger bicep peak" and post advice in them. how does this exactly work? if you don't know what your supposed to do in the gym, what authority do you have in giving advice to some gullible newbie like yourself who will readily lap it all up because he knows no better? well, this is why i have become an asshole towards some posters. i know i dont know enough. but when someone asks me a question, ill answer to the best of my ability and if i can't answer any more, ill admit it. and i do acknowledge that guys like eric, 0311, dave, etc know a shitlot more about training than me...which is why i usually stay away from threads in which they comment because there really isn't much i can say which has not been said before... anyways...rant over. for the record: gymrat: you need to post less and read more.

Have a good day EDIT: Like I said in my last response to one of your rants, most people get where they are despite their training. I put on 20lbs of lean mass in the past 6 months also despite a boatload of injuries. I would guess that you have much better genetics than I do also. But that's beside the point for now.

your advice is absolutely ridiculous. most "pro" bodybuilders have such awesome genetics that if they just sat and fapped all day they'd still huge. so using them as a model is misleading and will lead to zero results. the rules are simple for anyone wanting to get big: 1.) avoid injuries and play safe no matter what 2.) focus on progression 3.) higher frequency 4.) mostly compound lifts 5.) eat good food its not that hard. your advice regarding the ez bar is absolutely silly...sort of like saying that doing ez bar curls is better than barbell curls. i looked over your posts and you seem to be making shitty contributions on this board. if you aren't going to man up and defend what you're saying (apart from whining "i workout with pro bodybuilders and they told me so...") then please STFU and stay out of such threads. like ross mentioned: you are more than welcome to start your own thread asking if you know what you're talking about. have a good day
