| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Nah, I was only giving an off the wall example. You were the exact same size I was in the Marine Corps so I basically know your build. As I've said, you cannot worry about all the little things off balance with your physique at your size. Just focus on bulking up, doing back exercises that stimulate the back muscles evenly such as deadlifts, barbell or cable rows, and all your worries will subside. That reminds me of a post we had a while back where this guy said that his right pec was larger than the other. My advice was the same for his as yours, keep hitting the gym hard and over time, as your muscles get bigger and bigger, it'll iron itself out. |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | and ur complaining about ur middle back sticking out? i cant make out ur "middle back" sticking out in this back picture, but even if it does, i think u should know that having a "?" shaped back is the beauty of having a well developed back. |
