Gender: | Hello Folks I am new and recently started lifting. I was 300 lbs in December but with cardio and lifting I have lost 50 lbs. I want to have a huge arms and chest. I work full time and typically get to the gym 3-4 days a week. What would be a good routine to get get going on having huge arms and chest. My thoughts are: Chest: Flat bench Incline bench machine flies cable cross overs Bicep: EZ bar curls barbell curls Hammer Curls Machine Curls Tricep: rope pulldown (french) Can I do all these in one training day or is it defeating the purpose. |

| ^^ I was wondering why you answered him like that talo, you dont usually do that. In the event that he is serious, I would suggest looking through the stickies like Kane suggested, and i would also suggest that if your really want to have massive upperbody, you may want to include lower body workouts also. You dont want to look like a top do you? |

"Lighten up on the roids" Huh...? ask a dumb question get a dumb answer. If you want your upper body to grow then do what Kane and Hardgain say - READ STICKIES. They are the first few threads you see when you open up a forum ie: training forum - gives you 7 to choice from and here take this http://www.bodybuilding.net/training...wing-1451.html and read it. There is lot's more information also. Since you said you wont be coming back why don't you train your back, shoulder , quads , hams, abs.?..Basically the whole body....And eat lot's of food....That's your quick answer to your first question | |
