I wear gloves and straps. the belt I only use when I get in the real heavy stuff. Which isn't to often these days. Squats Deadlifts would be the only time I would even consider a belt.

Straps are great for pull downs as my grip will give out before my back.

I use belts cuz of my back prob. and it helps but i just got into using straps and they kinda help
