Lightbulb weight-loss and strenth exercise plan??

im looking for a good exrcise plan that will help lose weight but at the same time strengthen me. should i do a full body workout along with cardio? or should i work different muscle groups everyday along with cardio?

How much weight are you trying to lose? How much muscle you want to put on? Which is priority to you? What are your stats?
