| Rank: Member | ... on Friday. I was hurting so bad I had to stop squating. After running his powerful, rough hands all over my quivering body he said "Youse all messed up!" and did an adjustment. I went back today for another and have one scheduled for Thursday already. Man I feel better already and if things go well I'll squat on Friday for the first time in several weeks. Do most of you get adjustments do to the stress you put on your bodies? |

When you get in there, keep in the back of your mind which areas are giving you problems...(I made it all up.) They give you a diagram of the human body and ask you to circle your problem areas. I circled the whole thing and said I was in the infantry. The doc didn't ask me anymore questions after that! |

If you can find one that is younger (45 or younger) they generally have a better way of dealing with the fact you lift and such. Most Chiro's cringe when they hear you are doing anything compressive, like squats, shrugs, etc. The younger ones still have those opinions but they are more sports-oriented, in general. |
