I'm focusing on hypertrophy but I'm building the weights up on HST and hopefully I can shoot into a strength/mass program at the end of HST.

Definitely going for mass & strength. I want to be able to fill out my shirts more and have a "bulkier" physique.

I would be VERY surprised if ANYONE registered on this website picked that. I like to think everyone on this forum want more than just the minimum!!!

btw, I start my hardcore training after next weekend... any suggestions? I want to get as big, ripped and symmetrical as I can within 7 years. I know nutrition, rest, and how to lift correctly, but is it better to start by cutting and getting ripped, then add muscle to that, or build mass first???

Think of it this way..If you cut without muscle, you'll look more like a Boston marathon winner. But, if you build a SIGNIFICANT amount of muscle, then, and only then should you think about cutting it up.
