btw, I start my hardcore training after next weekend... any suggestions? I want to get as big, ripped and symmetrical as I can within 7 years. I know nutrition, rest, and how to lift correctly, but is it better to start by cutting and getting ripped, then add muscle to that, or build mass first??? | |
