| Currently I'm cutting, so my short term goal is to go from 235 @ around 18%bf to between 210 and 215 and see 10-12%bf. I will cut until i"m happy, and depending on how easy it comes, I might go lower. Secondary goals are to keep as much muscle mass as possible, I worked hard to get stronger and thicker, I dont want to lose it. I am a martial artist also, so hitting hard is good hahahah. And as hard as it is I need to increase stamina too, not easily done while keeping mass. Long term goal, is to finish up my cut, maintain my body comp until I bulk again in the winter. I will try to add 15lbs of lean mass at that time, and get to 225 and 10%. From there the sky is the limit. think big, eat big, lift big .... be big. |

| My goals are to gain some freakin' weight, I'm eating a lot more and that seems to be helping, last few weeks i've gone up 10+lbs and still have low body fat. Better definition and more bulk is basically what I'm looking for. |
