| Hey guys, i'm looking for another version of a pull up or a replacement for it, since i don't have a dip station. Also i was wondering if there is a certain order of how you should do your exercises?? Thx Medium sized |

Gender: | What equipment do you have? Are you set up at home? Like enigm said, pull downs are one exercise. They are the closest thing to a pull up provided you have a pull down machine. If you don't have this, you may have to be creative. Or just rig yourself a nice sturdy chin up bar. Emphasis on sturdy, so you don't kill yourself. Troy |

Gender: | If you don't have any where to chin up I am assuming you don't have a lat pulldown machine, dumbbells or cable weights. The order of your exercises is a program, I suggest you read the stickies or get a trainer to write one for you. What is your current program? |
