Default what happens....

when you take in 4000 calories a day to bulk/ but also run. can you bulk and do cardio?

> and i dont really eat healthy./ ive had 2 chick file chicken nuggets today and a freid chicken sandwich. so id say thats not healthy...

You can bulk and do cardio, you just have to adjust your diet to account for the calories burnt because of cardio.

I always do cardio, bulk or cut for cortisol control

Calories in must be higher than calories out if you want to gain.

I think its a good thing to do cardio when you bulk simply for the respitory (sp) system.

A little fried stuff and junk isn't going to hurt. As long as your diet as a whole promotes good health your fine.

that all depends on the person....For me it dosen't hurt, but for a friend of mine if he has lot's of sodium he's fucked..
