| Rank: New Member Experience: > 1 Year | I use to weigh 280 pounds now I am at 247.5. I have belly left mainly in the upper area. Stair master and eliptic machines has help greatly. At what point do I start situps or should I loose more weight before I start the situps? |

| Rank: Member Experience: 1-2 Years | It really doesn't matter. To quote (I think it was) Kane, "300 situps aren't going to do anything but burn". Whether or not you're toned has much less to do with 'spot' exercises and more to do with diet, cardio, etc. I'm certainly no expert on it but doing loads of situps and exercises with zero weight isn't going to get you that ripped look. |

Gender: | ^^x2 use resistants or heavy db or use a plate and hold close to your chest and do sit ups. hanging leg lifts will help alot. look up woodchops they will give you good results if you stick with it, yeah it'll be painful but do it if you really want abs. |
