| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | If you end up hitting 200 lbs (and not a pound before), you need to evaluate your bodyfat levels and what you think is acceptable levels. In my opinion, I would go as high as 15% before seriously considering cutting down. If you're under, then I recommend you keep bulking up. The more muscle you attain will make you look that much better after cutting down bodyfat. Like I said, if you don't have enough muscle and decide to cut down, you'll more often than not look like a marathon runner. |
