Gender: | today i went to the gym, did an awesome bi workout 5 different lifts, and they were burning like acid SWWEEETTT!! But then i got on the treadmill and nope, then the eliptical and again denied. i just didn't have it in me today for my cardio. so i went home and did a little abs. what do you guys do on your "what the F&%# days"? |

Gender: | I've never had that problem since I would never do cardio just after a weight workout. But I think if you are too tired to do cardio and all you have to show for it is five different bicep curls you need to seriously reaxamine your routine. |
