| Rank: Bantamweight | I know this sounds a little anal, but when do you change the weight on the bar bewteen sets? As soon as you're finished, halfway thru the rest period, reight before the next lift? It probably doesn't matter at all, like which pantleg do you insert first, but I was just kinda curious. |

| I do it right after my set. Load it up, and rest for a bit before I have to pound away on the iron again. I would not like to have to lift a plate and get it on the rack/bar before I have to do another set. I like my rest. |
