I like to sit on a bike for about 15 min after a workout with a little bit of resistance. On my leg days they feel a lot more refreshed.

Eddie0206's Sig:Deadlift - 355X1
Squat - 285X2
Bench - 205X1

Golf Tee - Anyone who can bench more than they can squat and/or deadlift.

Cardio should be fit into your schedule based on what you want (bulk vs cut) and so on and which is more important to you. What you are doing now isn't bad. The 10 minutes before is more of a warmup than anything else and you are doing the cardio after the weights which is much better for muscle gains in my opinion as you have more energy for weight training since you haven't spent it all on cardio before your workout.

widdoes2504's Sig:Height: 6 foot
Weight: 240 pounds

Bench: 415 (1x1)
Deads: 565 (1x1)
A2G Squat: 425 (1x1)

Cardio sucks

Default ahh

yeah i was thinking about jsut sticking to doing 25min or so after work outs. The only problem possibly is someone was telling me that its best to have a protein shake right after lifting. So if i do cardio and say dont get a shake till about 40min or so since i stopped lifting is that bad?

yeah I have the same question sort of lol about protein shakes; do I take one before and after workouts or just before? In mine I have 2 scoops of whey and about a cup or so of whole milk.

I think as long as you get that post-workout shake in within an hour after you finish lifting you are fine.
