| is this a good work out for a 6'2 155 guy. chest bent arm lateral sets 3 reps 10 per set medium grip push ups between stools sets 3 reps per set 10-15 bent arm barbell pullover and press sets 3 reps per set 8 incline dumbell press sets 4 sets reps per set 8 decline dumbell fly sets 2 reps per set 12 arms standing close grip barebell triceps curls sets 4 reps per set 8 lying supine two arm dumbell triceps curl sets 4 reps per set 4 standing dumbell triceps curl sets 4 reps per set 8 incline dumbell curl sets 4 reps per set 8 incline inner biceps curl sets 4 reps per set 8 seated concentrated dumbell curl sets 4 sets each arm 8 i do this every other day so i have a day to rest is there another work out that will work better and is this a good one for me |

| if you want to look like a complete tool then stick with that workout. If you want a complete body, and to look good all around you need to train your whole body, not just your chest and arms. look at some of the workouts in the stickys up at the top of the training forum. |
