| Rank: Bantamweight | First question: How is your routine set up? Does it have just one back day/ Is it split into horizontal, vertical and lower back movements? Regardless, the common wisdom is to do the heavier compound movements first. That's why you squat before, say, good mornings, or deadlift before reverse hypers. My favorite back exercises are: Horizontal: Bentover rows Vertical: Chins (or pullups) Lower: Deadlift Traps: BB Shrug |
