Gender: | Nope, but instead of holding the bar with your hands and bending the wrists try using the arms to hold the bar - stretch your arms out and hold the plates with your hands. |

| my back arch and shoulders are good as far as bar placement i usually try to keep it between the upper portion of my shoulder blades and where your trap muscle starts to curve down on your back and for my grip i usually have my thumbs placed on the outside of the finger rings on the bar |
