30 lbs of muscle in 90 days?
Hey guys for a competition I decided to attempt 30lbs in 90 days: from 147 to 175. Many have said it's not possible but I am super prepared to achieve it.
I'm putting together a site and video log that will document all my workouts including the reps, weight, and routines I use. I want to also include all my diet plans, and basically everything I do along the way.
I hope to add a lot of valuable info back to the community and am here if you have any questions for me.

Only one way I know of that this is going to happen. But I'm with Irondog19.. I'd like to follow your progress.

Unless you're juicing then it ain't happening. Just no two ways around it.
You can gain 30lb in 90 days, sure ... but 30lb of *muscle* in 90 days, no way. Not if you're natural.
But go ahead, document it.

Even if you don't get to 30 lbs, I bet youll make some pretty good gains out of it
