I dont' think there is any way you should be training upper body 4x and lower once. Even if you can't train legs very well due to injury I still think there is no way in hell you need 4 seperate upper days.

Why have you decided to train each muscle group in different day?You cannot rest only for 2 days.This way your trainings will not be of full value

I dislocated my knee cap playing soccer. The bad part is that it popped out because my foot was planted so much that when I kicked my shin stayed still while the rest of me kept rotating through the kick.

They said I wouldn't be able to squat or play soccer again (without knee problems), and I'm in the same boat as TALO. I'm not squatting 500lbs but my 400lb squat (pain free) is still alot more than, well, not ever being able to squat again.

^^Not an A2G Squat, I wish lol.

Its with a 'Wide Stance Powerlifting Style' squats. More of a hammy/glute squat than a quad squat. Still went below parallel, even if it was only an inch below

I would like to see a vid of the two different squats... I didn't realize it would really be that big of a difference...

4 plates is Great Kane , no matter what style it is. I bet after your accident you never thought you'd be doing it ( I know I didn't )
