a question about routines.
5x5 hst or dual factor for the most mass??
my diet is from an athletic nutritionist,special for me and for gain mass not for cutting.

It depends on the way you implement each program. People brag about their results all the time from each of these programs so I don't think you can go wrong...

i don't think the routine really matters that much unless you're a pro.. just get in the gym and lift hard!!
