ABCD workout for mass, should I or shouldent I?
I've been working out for a while and since I started I was doing AB classic, 3-4 times a week, 3 exc for a big muscle and 2-3 for small one.
My trainer said that his good friend who is basically in the sport for over 10 years said he should really try ABCD.
ABCD which is 4 times a week, 5 exc for a big muscle group and 4-5 for the small one.
Now, is that workout any good for mass gaining and muscle building, at least for someone like me or should I stick with the old AB?

Generally simpler is better for most people.
Simpler you mean AB basically?
