Default Abs (once again)

Approximately how long would it take someone with under 11% bodyfat to begin seeing a sixpack if the training is done correctly? Any estimates? I am doing them M Th and Sat. cruches, kneeups, and ab machine M and Th, and Sat just crunches and gonna do an intense ab workout as well.

Thanks guy, appreciate it. Also, will someone reply to my last post in my journal? Talks about me gaining so much weight so fast. I think it's mostly water weight though???

Are you using any weights for the crunches? If not put a plate on your chest, grab it with both arms crossed and do 20 reps for four sets. Just because u have a low body fat doesnt necessarily mean that u are going to see ur abs, ur ab muscle needs to be big enough for u to see it, if not just wear one of those glasses wore by those legally blind people.
