My advice - look for a well-rounded workout plan, along with a well-balanced diet. You'll notice more results from your diet than you will in the gym!

Look on sites like this, bodybuilding.com, simplyshredded.com - tons of great articles and advice as well as workout plans to help you reach your goals!

Keep on looking at these forums as well, lots of great knowledge floating around!

Cheers.
