^^^ Tres impressive.

You should check out www.gustrength.com to figure some more things out regarding deadlifts and progression in general. Be sure to check out Joe Weir's blog. Lots of good info there.

I'd guestimate you at 16-17%?

I think I've gotten down to about 15-16% Bodyfat, and I've been stuck at 160lbs for about a month :lol

I would like to focus on bulking now. Would it be wise to give the Madcow 5x5 another go?

Actually, I think I'm going to do "Starting Strength" for 8 weeks and see how that goes. Less volume might be better for me.
