I believe many people heard about StrongLifts 5x5 routine but I would still love to hear your opinions, guys

3 times a week ABA (1st week ABA, 2nd week BAB, etc.)

StrongLifts 5x5 Workout A

Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Rows 5x5

StrongLifts 5x5 Workout B

Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 5x5

Simple and effective. I think it will work great for you using this schedule and workout routine. Compound lifts are always the best.

This is a good workout system that many people have had good results with. I'm a fan of Muscle Gaining Secrets for beginners, hardgainers, or those who are training again after being out of the gym for a long time. But any well designed plan will give you good results.
