Any chance you could post what you are doing? It'll really help both you and anyone lending advice.

I hate to ask but will need a little more than that. You do all of that in one workout? Does this mean you're on a high volume split? All that you listed is good. Cept maybe the kickbacks. What is the rep range? What is the frequency?

Another popular and effective exercise is close grip bench press. Regular grip works your tricep as well of course. I see you're doing reverse grip. But the answer is not another exercise.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

What is your muscular endurance like?

How many full bodyweight dips can you do?

How many pushups can you do until failure?

i do 3 sets 6-8 reps apiece. lying DB ext. i use 35 lbs. Skulll crushers i'm still trying to find a max for but i usually go at it with a 70 barbell. full body dips i can do 25 reps. about 10 a set if i hook up the chain with a 45 plate.seated tricep ext i use a single 75 lb DB. single arm tricep ext i use a 25 lb DB. And yes i do use all of these exercises in a single tri work out.i think that i might be trying to push to much into a work out.but i want to get the size. right now i'm 5'10" 164 lbs.
