its basically a personal trainer that gave you a 90 day workout plan combined with a nutrition plan.
They push a lot of products like the "recovery" drink but basically works you out 1-1.5 hours 6-7 days a week. It works because it is intense. I just finished 90 days and recommend you go for it.
