Default Anyone use HUGE by Flex magazine

I know that most of the guys here don't like the routines from magazines and for good reason. However, I came across HUGE by Flex magazine and it seems to be a solid program - has anyone here used it before? It's basically a year-long program to adding significant mass with both workouts and eating plans. Anyone have thoughts on it?

Well, its a huge book, so I really cant post it. It's intended to be a year-long program to get you massive. There's an initial 13-week program that I'm currently undertaking and it's been fun so far. Generally speaking, it's a 4-day split with a different major body part each day (legs, back, arms & chest)

Just be careful cause most bodybuilding mag author's look a lot like this:

Kinda like those same mags showing Jay Cutler downing his must have supplement -> Cell Tech.

Seriously, doing a four day split for mass CAN'T be good..Unless it has you doing a compound overlap on arms day such as CloseGrip Bench for "triceps"..

LOL indeed. IMO those proportions are correct..That guy COULD indeed have a bunch of personal training certs and perhaps a degree in exercise science to boot.

And see that book in front of him..That's his new book entitled, "How to pick up women." All his books and magazine articles have been field tested by himself personally. They DO work!

A 13 week program is bullshit...how can you possibly progress for that long?!? Unless youre starting at like 2lbs and working up by 2lbs a workout...what kind of stimulus is that? not a whole fuckin lot IMO.

Just so I have something positive to say....

Major Body parts listed are: legs, back, arms & chest
(ie. I read that as 3 things, legs, back , arms and chest. Arms and chest being one of the Major parts) So IMO arms are not being called a major muscle group

Kane, I think it's a year long deal, and the thirteen weeks is just "phase one" or something.
