Gender: | So the school record for dips is 122 and I'm determined to beat it by the end of the year. Right now I can do 60 straight, but no more. I currently take weight training, so I'm not only doing dips. Right now my routine consist of doing dips every day and night, in addition to my routine @ school. So my question is what do you guys suggest to do to get to that amount? Also, when I do dips at home, they're bench dips cause I don't have anything to do normal dips on, so will it be harder for me to do normal dips as oppose to bench dips? That record is soon to be mine ![]() |

Gender: | Simple: Keep doing them like: 1 day on, 1 day off and train twice in your workout day . Do multiple sets. Practice makes it perfect |
