Beginner routine
Hey,
I recently just moved in with my dad and he has a Weider 8510 home gym in the garage. I have always lived with my moma and have been a bit of a mamas boy ahaha. I need to put some weight on, I weigh 132lbs and I'm 5 ft 9". What would be a good routine to start out with on the machine? maybe even some stuff I can do in my room using my own weight maybe? I don't have any access to a Gym where I live so what I've got is what I'm stuck with unfortunately. Thanks for any of your help. There are also good homegym routine. Any routine can be modified to whatever set and rep range you want. However, as far as FF put. Keep the exercises to being compound over isolation.
