Well, I know its effective enough. But I've given it up coz
I was suffering from muscle pull. Not going to do it again. |
12, 10, 8, 6 has been helpful to me for upper body. On quads it's 4 x 25 for leg extensions, 2 x 25 for hams, 5 x 10 for leg press, 5 x 15 for calves, and 4 x 25 for abs.
