Default better energy?

Im 12 years old 110 lbs and have an intence lacrosse practice 2 hours every day. im wondering a couple things first of all im using cellucor N-0 EXTREME which is working but im wondering if anything else will help give me energy and build muscle faster. The N-0 extreme is creatine free im wondering if i could take another pre workout powder with creatine that would help with muscle building and energy. (in practice we are doing hundreds of sit-ups and pushups im one of the only ones who does them all we also do a lot of sprints and running, since we are on the field we dont use weights). Thanks for your responses and any advice will help.

Make sure your diet is on track man! At a young age, don't worry too much about supplements. Make sure you're getting enough energy from whole natural foods. They'll go a lot further. Remember, they're called "supplements" for a reason - Eat lots of greens and drink plenty of water.

You're soon going to be in a prime stage for building muscle. May as well get a head start!

Agreed with irondog on eating naturally healthy food. There are actually many natural food around that can help burn fats and grow muscles, believe it or not. And the best part is they are 100% natural and does no harm to your body. In fact, they boost your body's metabolism and make it better and more efficient at losing fats and growing lean muscles.
