Default I would only excersize them once a week.

I would only excersize them once a week.
Because they will be excersized with other excersizes as well.
You need to give them time to heal and repair. IMHO

Why not experiment, and train them once a week for 8 weeks, then train them twice a week for 8 weeks.

Its all about finding out what works for you,we are all different.

Default traning

Since reading an article on supersets a few months ago, I have added this to my training for arms and chest and getting new muscle soreness I haven't had in awhile

However, to be effective it’s important that the correct technique is applied to any exercises you perform in your bicep workouts. The best workouts will always show you how to perform exercises correctly.

Default one more thing

If you are maxing though you really shouldn't do a double workout. I.e. if you max your curls wait about a week or so before you really hit them hard again.
