well.. I'm new here and new to the sport. I'm 18 6ft tall and 165 lb. I'm looking to gain mass. I ve been working out for about 6 months my knowledge and intensity has been snowballing. I have noticed that my left bicep is larger or at least more "peaking" than the right. I'm right handed and I'm guessing this is why... my right bicep is used all the time causing a longer leaner muscle. I'm wondering if this will go away as I gain size or if I'm doomed to be lop sided. any info/tips would be great thanks.

p.s. didn't mean to give my life story you guys just often ask for some back ground

Stop wacking off with your left hand, j/k bro. No its pretty common, my workout partner used to have it, it evens its way out over time. Don't worry about it.

Also what does your arm routine look like now?

Yes, share your bicep routine with us and we can possibly give you some exercises to help balance it out. If your right handed it could be that your just thicker on that arm (its not that uncommon) because you use/rely on it more but it could also be that you need more elongating exercises like preacher curls and so forth to balance out the difference that is naturally there.

I recently started doing a 5x5 for my standing arm curls with the zig zag bar.
I then do preacher curls 3 sets of 8-10. then 3 sets of hammer...? curls, the ones with your palm perpendicular to the the floor 3 sets of 8-10.

the werid thing is my left arm is bigger and I'm right handed.

I guess the right is just trained more for endurance (smaller longer)
and my left is only used for lifting, so it's trained for power (larger, more peak)
