Default Bigger Faster Stronger

When i was in high school we used the Bigger Faster Stronger program. I was wondering if any of yall have used it and what type of results did you get from it? We used it for football and track. It seemed to work very well for our football and track programs.

Never really heard of it, but I'm interested in seeing what it looks like if you can post that.

hey simmons, I've used bigger, faster, stronger for the past 2 years with the hockey team at my high school. I think it's an awful program for hockey specific because it has no hockey specific excercises involved (IE plyometrics) but if your just building. Then it's great. I've put on about 25-30lbs. And my BF% has only gone up about 4% in that time.

that's what my pe coach has our class on but im doing a 5x5 program instead. my program will be switching soon though since i am now doing wrestling. i used the BFS last year and i made some ok gains. i wasnt eating all that much though so thats probably a big part of why i didnt made very big gains.
