Burn The Fat ebook - comments?
 

Has anyone tried this? I've seen it advertised in several magazines, and I haven't found a bad review yet. I've also heard that it details carb cycling really well. Comments? Here's the link:

I've read it. It is an excellent book. The book focuses 80% on nutrition - but in my opinion that's the one aspect most people looking to get cut or bulk need to concentrate on the most.

It's definitly worth the price.
