Default chest needs excercise for explosion

Guys I am ready for my chest to have that explosive pump. I recently started to see my chest really pumped and few people are taking notice as well. I am very serious and dedicated shall I loyal. I enjoyed seeing my chest just pumped after working out. I usually do the benching, flat, incline, decline, flies and press. When I do dumbell flies that's when i see and feel the pump. Do you guys recommend any other excercise for chest that will get me there.

You apparently didn't gain any knowledge from your thread "Lower pecks or chest help." Doing 6 exercises for ONE single muscle group is hurting you more than helping. You need to read the stickies, especially the DFT 5x5 for a good program. Stop reading muscle mags...

Sorry bud, but i have no idea what your trying to say here. You want an explosive pump in your chest? C4 will do that, but I wouldnt suggest it.

If you want to add mass to your chest we can help, if you want to add strength to your movements, we can help ... if you want to feel like your chest is big because its filled with blood, but remain small and weak ... keep doing what your doing.

Is this all in one session?

Ah fuck it... Here's what you do:

1. Preworkout Shake: 60 grams waxy maize starch/3 scoops NoXplode/Plenty of H2O.

2. Warmup with flat/incline bench.

3. Use the Pec Dec Flyes machine. 3-2-4 Tempo:

- Start with a good 3 second positive.
- Hold the contraction 2 seconds.
- 4 second negative.
- Hold in full stretched position for 5 seconds.
* This equals one rep!
* Try to stop one rep shy of failure.

4. Do pushups until failure.

---------------------------

You WILL get a killer pump, and nothing more.

Or you could also look into doing GVT (German Volume Training). It's 10 sets of 10 reps..

ahh the germans and there 100 reps. not fun at all... if you want arm speed then you should do about 50% of your 1RM as fast as you can for 2x30. we did this a few times on fridays with my strength coach and a few HOG (o-lineman) friends. i was still sore on monday, ofcourse i was eating only about 150 grams of protein a day at the time, but still. it helps with my pass blocking . but it seems that you dont really care what we have to say here so whatever.
