im ready to get more tone up right now in lifting heavy and low reps
so should i lighten up the weight an do more reps and cardio hit the weights three times a week and do cardio 3 times a week? need help never tried to cut |
Cardio is a must....you might want to do it 5 days a week at 30min sessions.....As for the weights, as long as your intensity is up then you will burn calories.
