how much weight should i start out with 80% 90% this my first time

Why are you doing DFHT if you have >1 year experience? If that is how much experience you have you should be sticking with the beginner programs. No sense in smashing the living shite out of yourself if you don't have to

Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength would be at the top of my list, or Single Factor 5x5. Search those, they're on the site.

the 5x5 advanced ,9 weeks and i made great progress and i just started dfht today
