DoggCrapp/Dante training
the methods are a bit different to anything i'd tried before, and its NOT easy but it produces great gains both in strength and mass. it is very demanding, both in & outside of the gym. i had done it once before and it worked very well for me, and i've started up again this past week and all i can say is wow.
has anyone else tried his methods? i'd like to see what some of you other peeps think of 'em. |
I have never even heard of it, does it have something to with working out with dumbbells and weights made of dog crap?

Interesting read for sure. The last time I tried something completely different from my usual routine was HST. Needless to say, 8 pound loss  However, I could see taking the stretching portion and incorperating it in my current routine for sure.

I dont care what workout program that I follows, I am not going more than 10% down on the weights that I lift. I just tweak the program according to my own interest. :D
