If he has room for a bow flex he has room for a power rack which is a much much much better investment.

Travis (at Stratiform) is pricing materials for me this week. He's going to build me a power rack, a swiss bar, and a bar jack. I can't wait. If you're interested in something custom, let me know and I'll get a quote from him. It will be comparable to what you can buy it for in a store or online..it might even be cheaper. His stuff is typically better quality than elite's stuff, and they're the "best".

It should be worth the money since you also pay for the gym. Instead of paying, you could be buying your own stuff and have it at the comfort of your home.
