If you're just looking to put on weight, 12 pounds in a month is pretty easy. But a good chunk of that is gonna end up being fat.

If you're looking to put on 12 pounds of muscle in a month, that's a whole other story. And not likely to happen.

What kind of program are you currently on? What's your diet like? Is there any kind of sports application for the size you're wanting to put on or is it more for vanity size?

Eat as if every day is Thanksgiving.

Lift as if you are trying to raise a car off a dieing relative.

I would use the DFT 5x5 training program found in the sticky section if you're not already using it and eat like a mofo!!!
